Hi! I’m Flor De Amelia, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Educational Consultant, and a mom on a mission. I’ve sat in your seat scared, frustrated, and searching for answers. This podcast is what I wish I had back then.

As a parent to a child with complex needs, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed by the IEP process and unsure how to speak up in a system that often feels confusing and impersonal. That’s why I became a professional advocate, not just for my own child, but for families like yours.
